With Facebook being this popular among adults, it’s important for you to have a presence there. And since many of your clients and prospects are on Facebook every day, it would be convenient for them if they could message you right there.
One of the simplest ways to up your social media game and be available to your clients and prospects in a way that works for them is to use Facebook Messenger.
Before you say, “I’m terrible with technology and won’t be able to figure it out,” take a deep breath, because we have the steps on how to do it below.
Make sure you’re on your business page vs. your personal one.
Log into Facebook on your computer and click on the “Pages” tab on the left (you may have to click “See more” to find the “Pages” tab).
Select the “Switch now” option for your business page.
If you are not seeing your business page listed, you will want to make sure you have admin access for your company’s Facebook page.
Click the Facebook Messenger icon in the right corner to see and respond to messages.
Bonus tip: To switch back to your personal Facebook profile, click the down arrow icon in the top right and select “Switch Profile.”
And if you have the Facebook Messenger app on your mobile device, you’ll be able to check your messages on the go.
Keep all your conversations in one place
Now that you know how to access Facebook Messenger, wouldn’t it be great if you could manage all your conversations, including web chat, texting and Facebook messages with clients in one place? With ClientCircle, you can. Ask your account manager to show you how. And if you're new to ClientCircle, schedule a demo so we can show you around.
