Here’s everything you need to know about our new feature, letters.
Q: What types of letters can I send?
A: You can send a variety of letters, for example:
- Policy renewal notices
- Annual enrollment updates
- Important policy change notifications
- Onboarding communications for new clients
- Claims follow-ups
- Market and industry updates
- General outreach and client check-ins
- And any other letters you’d like
Q: How do I send a letter?
A: It’s just as easy as sending a handwritten card. Everything is ready for you in your ClientCircle account. You can use a template or upload your own document.
Q: Is there a page limit?
A: Yes. You can include up to three one-sided pages in each letter.
Q: Can I add letters to my campaigns/journeys?
Yes! Just like handwritten cards or emails, you can add letters to your ClientCircle journeys and campaigns.
Q: What kind of envelopes and paper do you use?
A: We use high quality, 65lb, white paper in 8.5"x11" along with #10 double window security envelopes to help protect sensitive information.
Q: What are ClientCircle Credits?
Instead of managing separate balances of cards and letters, you’ll have one set of credits that can be used for either one. Simply purchase credits and then use them toward cards or letters depending on what you need at the time.
Q: Do ClientCircle Credits expire?
A: Anytime credits don’t expire—you can use them whenever you need to. If you signed up for a specific number of monthly credits in exchange for a discount, your credits will refresh every month. You need to make sure you’re using these credits monthly.
Q: How much do letters cost?
A: The price of a letter depends on how many letters you buy, how many pages a letter has and the number of credits you purchase. You can see detailed pricing in your ClientCircle account.
Q: How are letters prepared and mailed?
A: We will print, stuff, address and mail your letters via USPS with a First-Class stamp.
Q. What happens to my existing handwritten card balance now that you have a credit system?
A: We have converted your card balance to equivalent ClientCircle credits. You can use those credits to send cards, or you can apply them toward letters. You will not lose any value.
Q. I am on a monthly card plan. How does the credit system affect me?
A: You can keep your monthly card plan. Each month, we’ll add sufficient credits for you to send the number of cards for which you subscribed. Please note that if you cancel your monthly card plan, you won't be able to add it back.
Q. Can I change my current card plan?
If you want to make a change to your card plan, you’ll need to switch to using credits or contact us to sign up for a new credit subscription.
